THE BENCH - DEDICATED LAWYERS AND LAW-MAKERS

Often forgotten as key players in the fight against child sex slavery, the men and women who serve in legislative and judicial posts are ESSENTIAL for the success of the cause.

Regardless of the horrific nature of the crime, public attorneys and judges must wade through the web of laws in order to prosecute accordingly. Their job is especially difficult as they seek to prosecute criminals who, more often than not, have a keen sense of the law, their rights, and the loop-holes that exist. Therefore, these brave advocates from the Bench pour their lives into creating tightly sealed cases against these predators. They understand the ramifications of losing a case; that not only is the victim at risk, but also other vulnerable girls who the pimp might prey on.

According to our partnering City and County Prosecutors, there are very few attorneys around the country that have devoted themselves to cases of Child Prostitution and Pandering. Understandably, the work-load and risk involved with trying these cases greatly surpasses most other types of cases. The attorneys must be so invested in the case, caring for their transient witnesses (the victims), and collecting definitive evidence of the abuse and crimes committed. This, along with the pure maliciousness of the crime, make it difficult to recruit devoted, full-time advocates from the Bench.

If you are an Attorney devoted to this issue somewhere in the US, let us know!

The issue this creates is one of competition. It has been said that in order to effectively combat and defeat the broad, complex and organized networks of Pimp Predators around the country... we must have a broader, more complex and more organized network of professional working to abolish these acts of slavery. This means law enforcement and public prosecutors working together, across city and state boundaries, eradicating this issue.

The needs are these:
  • Public support of Local, state and federal Law Enforcement through encouragement and legislation.
  • More dedicated and educated prosecuting attorneys serving in municipal, county and state positions.
  • Continued research of all aspects of the injustice to promote essential legislation and government mandates.
  • Legislative intelligence through public advocacy/pressure when it comes to this issue.
  • Much, much more...

Also, local, state and federal legislators play crucial roles in the fight against Child Rape for Profit. With the keys to law-making in their hands, these men and women bare the responsibility of ensuring the laws in place protect the TRUE victims, and do not aide the criminals in this issue: Johns and Pimps. Surprisingly, the very laws that are meant to protect the public, actually inhibit justice by criminalizing the girls, and exonerating Johns and Pimps.
