Phoenix is quickly becoming a model city. Cities throughout the United States are starting to notice the work of the Phoenix VICE unit. The VICE officers are our FRONT LINE of defense. VICE officers investigae Pimps and collect the data that leads to their prosecution. While community groups can offer safe places for men, women and children who are rescued...we cannot rescue people ourselves. WE NEED the VICE to investiage and aprehend criminals and proect victims. The Phoenix City Council needs to understand the valuable role that the night VICE unit plays in keeping our community safe.
